The Church of Saint Sophia (Macedonian: Црква Света Софија, romanized: Crkva Sveta Sofija) is a church in Ohrid, North Macedonia.

St. Sophia Church
is one of the most important monuments of North Macedonia, housing architecture and art from the Middle Ages
The cathedral church of St. Sophia was built on older buildings (basilicas) in the period from 1035 to 1056, during the time of the archbishop Lav. St. Sophia. It is one of the biggest medieval sacral monuments in this region and for quite a long time, it has been the main church of the Ohrid Archepiscopy.
During its existence through the centuries, it has been rebuilt and enlarged couple of times.
